The Lord's Prayer

Jesus’s disciples asked Him how to pray, likely because of the joy they observed in Him as He daily communed with His Father in prayer. In Matthew 6:9-13, Jesus sets forth a pattern of prayer that models the intimate communion God intends for all disciples to experience as we walk with our Lord in exalting, dependent prayer.
